What this website collects, why, and how long it is kept.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. The contact form, the bespoke enquiry form and the newsletter form each record the fields shown on them — typically your name, email address, an optional telephone number and your message.
Your bag and your wishlist are stored in your own browser's local storage. They are not sent to us and not visible to us unless you choose to send an enquiry.
What we do not do
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, embeds no tracking pixels, and shares no personal data with third parties for marketing.
Product photography and fonts are served from third-party content networks, which necessarily see your IP address as part of delivering those files. Nothing identifying is sent to them by us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while the conversation is live and for two years afterwards, so that we can find your commission history when you return. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask to be removed.
Write to us at the address on the contact page to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We will action it within thirty days.
