Shipping & Returns
How pieces reach you, and what happens if something is wrong.
Collection and delivery
Pieces may be collected from the shop at Keesha Plaza on New Road, or sent by insured courier within Nepal, usually within two working days of the order being confirmed.
International delivery is arranged by insured courier for finished commissions. Duties, taxes and import handling in the destination country are the recipient's responsibility; declared-value paperwork is provided before despatch.
Orders are confirmed in person
This site does not take card payment. A bag or an enquiry sent from these pages reaches the shop directly, and we confirm the piece, the day's metal rate and the final figure with you by WhatsApp or telephone before anything is dispatched or reserved.
That is deliberate. Prices on this site move with the published metal rate, and we would rather agree a number with you than take one automatically.
Returns
Stock pieces may be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging, within fourteen days of collection or delivery for exchange or refund of the amount paid.
Commissioned and personalised pieces — anything made to your design, resized, or engraved — cannot be returned, because they cannot be sold to anyone else. This is made clear before a commission begins.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights in respect of a piece that is faulty or not as described.
If something is wrong
Bring it in, or send us a photograph. Manufacturing faults on anything made here are put right at our cost, without a time limit. Wear is not a fault, but we will re-finish it anyway.
